  1. In a large saucepan, cook beef, onion, and green pepper until the vegetables are tender, approximately 10 minutes. Drain well. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, chili sauce, water, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve on hamburger rolls.
