      I really liked the stuffing, New Mom Kate. I had been wanting to try one with milk. I added some grated carrot (I love it in stuffing) and covered my pan with foil for most of the cooking time (since I like kind of "mushy" stuffing), uncovering at the end to get some crispy edges. I used one cup milk (it was pretty wet but not soggy). This was delicious tasting and I think the milk made it fluff up more. Thanks for posting. Roxygirl

      I really liked this stuffing. I like my stuffing on the drier side, so I added only a half a cup of milk and it still held together.

      This was good, but a little dry and a bit plain for our tastes. Not knowing exactly the amount of milk to add was tough. I thought it was moist enough before going in the oven but it ended up being dry and not holding together at all. I had to add half a can of chicken broth and it still was too dry. Thanks for posting, though, it was very good with gravy on top.
