Thank you for posting this. Trader Joe's has something else on the back of their cocoa powder now. I was a faithful follower of the chocolate lovers cake on the back of Hershey's cocoa powder, but this is even better. This is by far the best chocolate cake I have ever had/made. I have eaten a lot of chocolate cake and experimented with many. I must admit that for me, the key to a good cake is a good buttercream or cream cheese frosting. This cake is good enough to eat without frosting. (But why would you do that?) It does make a lot of cake and it rises a lot. I usually make a 3 layer cake from the one recipe. 9 inch rounds, and a little thin. But like I said, it rises a lot.
