Score big with your guests with this low-fat game day treat. A simple mixture of whole grains, dried fruits and pistachios.
- 1 (16 ounce) bagsunkist brand pistachios
- 4 cups mini Chex cereal, rice stick crackers mix
- 4 cups whole wheat pretzels or 4 cups multi-grain pretzels
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup dried apricot (cut in half)
- 1⁄2 cup golden raisin
- 1⁄2 cup regular raisins
- In a large bowl, combine pistachios with remaining ingredients; blend well. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container up to two weeks.
