We made this for a family christmas party and it was a hit! I added more cheddar cheese then recommended and used a can of diced tomatoes since we were short on time and it was fantastic!

Absolutely one of my very favorite taco dips. I love that it is nice and warm! The cream cheese filling is so yummy. I always make a double batch. It is best served right out of the oven, or the cheddar on top hardens a little and it is hard to eat with the rest of the dip. Most of the time, I do not even add the tomato, olive, green onions or cilantro and it is still a wonderful dish.

I made this for one of our Christmas day dips. We'd never had a taco dip like this warmed up. I thought it was really yummy. I think I'll leave out the refried beans next time though and double the creamy ingredients. The beans scared some people away.

This was terrific! This is similar to a recipe that I serve cold but I LOVE this one warm out of the oven. I had to remind my brother-in-law that this was just an appetizer and that I had a meal prepared too. If I ever have a party where my BIL is invited, I'll make a double batch so there's enough for everyone!

I love this dip! I like it with Tostitos Scoops chips. Someone makes this dip at every Girls' Night my friends and I have. I don't really care for refried beans on their own, but they taste terrific in this dish. Sometimes I make this for dinner for myself, to last throughout a few days.

This was good. I Will try this again as we all liked it. Just the sour cream, cream cheese, and taco seasoning would make a great dip too!

I make this dip quite often..and it is the bomb!!! Once I brought it to work and it sat next to another similar dip...mine dissappeared within minutes and the other one was left... awesome dip for any occasion!
