A lighter version of chili, made with ground turkey.
- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 3 (1 1/4 ounce) packagesmccormick's chili seasoning mix (or your favorite)
- 3 (28 ounce) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
- 5 (15 ounce) cans dark red kidney beans, undrained
- Brown turkey in large pot, drain if necessary.
- Add remaining ingredients to pot. Bring mixture to low boil and then reduce heat to allow chili to simmer for one hour. Stir mixture occasionally.
