  1. 1. Spray dutch oven with cooking spray and place over medium heat.
  2. 2. Brown chicken over medium
  3. 3. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and tomatoes.
  4. 4. Pour sauce over chicken.
  5. 5. Cover and cook in oven at 180°c for 1.5 hours or until chciken in cooked through and tender.
  6. Optional: Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  7. To Freeze: Cool, bag, label and freeze.
  8. To Serve: Warm in microwave to desired temperature
  9. Note: To toast sesame seeds: Preheat oven to 180°c. Spread sesame seeds in a 9-inch pie or cake pan. Toast about 5 minutes or until golden. Or toast seeds in a dry skillet over low heat 3 or 4 minutes (watch carefully as they can burn very quickly).
