  1. Saute onion and green pepper in margarine.
  2. Add soups and broth.
  3. Simmer 5 minutes.
  4. Add Rotel tomatoes and green chiles and simmer 10 minutes more.
  5. Add 1/2 cup cheese and tortilla chips.
  6. Serve hot garnished with more cheese.
