Tortilla Roll-Ups

These are snatched up real fast! Very good appetizer, good with picante or salsa. I like them because they are easy to make and very yummy! A fun appetizer for Christmas, I like to get the red and green tortillas, also, for a plate with red, green and white pinwheels!

Ingredients:

• 12 flour tortillas (14 oz package)
• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
• 3 tablespoons chopped green onions
• 2 tablespoons finely chopped red bell peppers
• 12 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
• 1 cup salsa or 1 cup picante sauce

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients except salsa or picante. Spread onto tortillas. Roll up tortillas and cover tightly. Chill for 2 hours or overnight. When ready to serve, cut rolls into 1/2 inch slices. Serve with salsa or picante sauce. Makes about 8 dozen pieces.

These are SO good and addicting!! I left out the red peppers because I didn't have any. I also cut this in half and used the smaller tortillas. These are great for appetizers but me and hubby will be eating on these through the weekend. Made for PAC Spring 2010.
