FOR SPINACH FILLING
- 5 (30 inch) flour tortillas, warmed
- 283.49 g package frozen spinach, defrosted and pressed all water out
- 118.29 ml light sour cream
- 118.29 ml light mayonnaise
- 28.34 g package ranch salad dressing mix
- 14.79 ml bacon, bites

FOR SALMON FILLING
- 5 (30 inch) flour tortillas
- 170.09 g container salmon flavored cream cheese
- 170.09 g can salmon, flaked, bones and skin removed
- 2 green onions, chopped

FOR CREAM CHEESE FILLING
- 5 (30 inch) flour tortillas
- 236.59 ml light sour cream
- 226.79 g package cream cheese, softened (I use light cream cheese)
- 28.34 g package ranch salad dressing mix
- 198.44 g can green chilies, diced, rinse and drained
- 113.39 g jar red pimientos, diced, rinsed and drained
- 59.14 ml chopped green onion
directions
- Warm flour tortillas between a cloth towel or two paper towels in the microwave oven until warmed.
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Spread on the warmed flour tortillas, roll up and cover tightly in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Unwrap and cut in 1-inch thick slices before serving.
