    Montana Heart Song's Note:

I was tired of buying expensive scalloped edge tortilla bowls for salads. I decided to buy or make tortilla and form my own shells. So easy you would believe it!

What a great idea! I love salads in tortilla bowls but if I miss picking them up when in the city there has to be a change of plans .. til now ... the tortillas are readily available and the bowls so easy to make. I made as written and I was very impressed with the results. Recipe already in my cookbook! Thank you for sharing.

This was easy and delicious. What I like is that you don't have to make them until you need them & until then - - no storage space wasted....thanks.
