Easy to make and great when you're short on time.
- 1 (9 ounce) pkge. cheese tortellini, cooked
- 1 1⁄2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) canof diced tomatoes with herbs
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- Cook mushrooms in hot oil for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in undrained diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and garlic powder. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered 5 minutes.
- Spoon over pasta.
