This is very simple and nice! This is a great recipe to play with ingredients. I added a little leftover salami and used red bell pepper instead of green. Used less olives (just added until it looked good - probably 1/4 of the can, if that) and feta and didn't add any salt (didn't need it with the olives and feta). Also didn't measure the oil or vinegar, just added what looked good. I am looking forward to having this for lunch the next couple days. Thanks for sharing!

This was a delicious lunch for us this weekend. I left out the olives and added some sunflower seeds. I did have to add a little more olive oil after it set a spell. Delicious!! Made for PAC Spring 2010.
