This is perfect for lunch or dinner. Add a loaf of crusty bread for a light meal.
- 1 (9 ounce) packagethree cheese tortellini, cooked according to pkg directions,chilled
- 1 cup smoked turkey, cut in thin strips
- 1 (6 ounce) package salad greens
- 1 tomatoes, cut in wedges
- 2 hardboiled egg, cut in wedges
- 1⁄2 cup salad dressing
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Combine pasta lettuce and turkey in medium bowl.
- Place salad mixture on platter.
- Arrange tomato and eggs on top of salad.
- Pour dressing over salad; sprinkle with bacon.
