This easy recipe is great for everyday serving.
- 300 g flour
- 100 ml oil
- 3 eggs
- 240 ml milk
- 7 g yeast
- 3 g salt
- 1⁄2 cup swiss cheese
- 1 cup spinach
- 3 pieces prosciutto
- Mix flour, oil, eggs, milk, yeast and salt together in a large bowl.
- Pour half of the mixture into the buttered 8 inches cake pan.
- Layered on the cheese, spinach and prosciutto.
- Pour the rest of the mixture on top of the filling.
- Bake at 350F for 40 to 50 minutes.
