ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 pints light soy sauce
- 2 fluid ounces sake
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
directions
- Put all the ingredients in a pan and heat, whilst stirring, until the sugar is dissolved. Bottle up when cooled.
