    ChrisMc's Note:

www.TopSecretRecipes.com I know that there are already several Orange Julius recipes posted, but none of them sound quite like this one that I found on the web. With egg substitute, you don't need to worry about raw egg. I've found that crushing the ice before blending gives it a smoother texture (either that, or I just need a stronger blender) - I use a Hawaiian ice shaver on the ice.

This is very good. Tastes like the Orange Julius I remember at least. Nice flavor. Made for a book club and all enjoyed. Kids like too. Would recommend.

We loved this recipe. I agree that it doesn't have an overpowering orange flavor but this is why we enjoyed it over the ones that call for frozen orange juice concentrate. I did add an add'l 1/4 cup of orange juice and doubled the amt of vanilla. Great!

We did like this, but I think it could use more orange. It was a mild orange flavor, not like the flavor packed ones you get at the mall. I would make this again, but try to add more orange. Thanks for sharing!
