  1. Great recipe! SUMMERTIME S'MORES!!! One trick for those balmy summer evenings on the patio deck: Use sliced, FROZEN bananas... cool and delicious

  2. These were really good and messy, but like others, I felt that the splenda was unnecessary. Otherwise, great recipe :)

  3. These are monster smores! I thought the amount of filling and banana was a lot for one smore, but it is perfect, as long as you do not mind getting all 10 fingers messy! I think it would also work to split the filling in half and have them as two open face smores (if you did not want to wash up afterward). The flavor combination in this dessert is great, who can resist peanut butter, chocolate and bananas together! Note: 1 graham cracker in the ingredient list is 1 sheet of graham crackers, or 2 crackers.

  4. My sons and I really loved this simple, easy to do snack. I didn't feel the need to add the Splenda after the first time we made it and I couldn't tell the difference the second (and third.....we really liked this!!) Made for RSC#12.

  5. This was way too easy! And my husband didn't even know it was low sugar, low fat. I used reduced fat beanut butter and graham crackers. I was so happy about how gooey the chocolate peanut butter mixture came out, it was like eating a s'more with a chocolate marshmellow. Yummy!
