This is a good change from the same old chicken cutlets or chicken parm. I used the four-cheese sauce from Classico. I made Garlic Basil Bow Ties # 41599 as a side dish.

  1. In plastic bag shake up flour and chicken so the flour coats evenly.
  2. Saute in oil until it is slightly brown and crispy on each side.
  3. Add salt.
  4. Pour sauce over the chicken and serve.
