I just had a sweet tooth one day, but had an empty fridge and cabinets, so this is what I came up with. It is so simple, but I love it, as does my husband who is not a fan of yogurt in general!

  1. Cut up apple into bite sized chunks.
  2. Spray lemon juice over apples.
  3. In bowl mix yogurt and cinnamon.
  4. Mix apples with cinnamon yogurt.
  5. Enjoy!

I actually made this into a smoothie because I had dental surgery and needed liquid or very soft foods. It was super easy to make and very good. Made for Fall 2012 Pick A Chef.
