I just had a sweet tooth one day, but had an empty fridge and cabinets, so this is what I came up with. It is so simple, but I love it, as does my husband who is not a fan of yogurt in general!
- Cut up apple into bite sized chunks.
- Spray lemon juice over apples.
- In bowl mix yogurt and cinnamon.
- Mix apples with cinnamon yogurt.
I actually made this into a smoothie because I had dental surgery and needed liquid or very soft foods. It was super easy to make and very good. Made for Fall 2012 Pick A Chef.
