Easy, spicy and YUMMY!!! A friend and I made these about 10 years ago and I have been making them ever since. It is one of my husband's favorite meals. Mine too!
- tony chachere seasoning
- 2 pork chops
- olive oil (optional)
- Season the Pork Chops with Seasoning.
- Coat skillet if it is non-stick or you just want too.
- Cook on each side until done.
Well now, let me see. How can you mess up a pork chop?
This was pretty good. Dh found this recipe to make for us tonight- Only gave it four stars because the cooking directions were sort of vague, and because dh and I thought it needed a bit more spice. Thanks so much for sharing!
I really enjoy Tony Chachere spice mix. I used boneless chops and coated them quite heavily with the spice mix rubbing it well into the chops. It seemed to seal in the juices so when I bbq'd them they remained moist.Seven minutes each side, gas BBq on high, closed lid for part of the time, turned them twice. Very easy tasty recipe - Thanks to the Hedlin Family
