Simply delicious! I made this exactly as posted, using 3 large Idaho baking potatoes. They were perfectly done after 40 minutes. I did end up sprinkling some extra sea salt on the potato wedges before baking. This is so easy and the seasoning is so flavorful that I know I will be making this recipe again

I not only loved the taste but also the smell. I have never made fries that smelled as wonderful as these did, my mouth actually began watering when I took them out of the oven. I will definitely be making these a lot.

Yum! Crispy, spicy potato goodness! :) I put this in my 'tried and true' cookbook, and will make them often, as an easy, tasty go-to side dish! Thank for sharing, Pale Rose.

These were easy, fast, and yummy! I made them as soon as I saw the recipe. I used my own cajun seasoning and flipped the fries after 25 minutes. Thanks Pale Rose!

Made these as written, very good with just the paprika and cumin spicing them up. But I think you could go in any direction and add just about any seasonings! They browned up nicely and were a great compliment for roast pork. Made for PRMR 2/11.
