Oh my gosh! I made these first and then made the rest of dinner. They smelled so good! Finally I ate one without waiting for dinner! So good! I can't wait to try these with tomatoes fresh from the garden. Mmmmmmmm....

Simple and delightful. This will be a great dish for summer tomatoes. Made for healthy tag "T".

Simple and delicious it is! I loved the flavor of the balsamic vinegar. Thanks for a lovely salad! Made for Pick a Chef(PAC) event!

Sheer simplicity which showcases the flavor of the tomatoes. I was very surprised (and excited) to see an oil free salad and curious about how the balsamic would work with the sharper flavor of the feta compared to more common pairings with a mild cheese such as mozzarella. indeed the sharpness married well and created a great contrast o the sweetness of the tomatoes and basil. In my case i used halved grape tomatoes because my regular tomatoes weren't quite ripe. Just delicious. Thanks!
