This was easy, low fat and interesting. Turned what I consider a very uninteresting fish into something edible.
I love this recipe and I make it all the time. The one thing I would do differently is use Emeralds Dry roasted Walnuts instead of regular walnuts. It gives it a nice flavor to it.
This was really good! I made it with wild salmon, baked instead of pan fried. We liked extra lemon slices on the plate to squeeze over at the table.
