  • 2 lbs ripe tomatoes, , seeded,peeled and finely chopped
  • 14 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt & pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  2. Heat and serve over your favorite pasta.
