- 255.14 g package cheese tortellini
- 2 (609.51 g) can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
- 473.18 ml vegetable broth
- 473.18 ml milk
- 473.18 ml half-and-half cream
- 118.29 ml chopped sun-dried tomato packed in oil
- 4.92 ml onion powder
- 4.92 ml garlic powder
- 4.92 ml dried basil
- 2.46 ml salt
- 118.29 ml shreded parmesan cheese
directions
- Cook tortellini according to package directions.
- In a Dutch oven, combine the soup, broth, milk, cream, tomatoes and seasonings.
- Heat through, stirring frequently.
- Drain tortellini; carefully add to soup.
- Stir in cheese.
- Sprinkle each serving with additional cheese, if desired.
