For those evenings when there's little time to cook...from Quick Cooking Magazine
- 8 ounces spiral shaped pasta
- 10 ounces frozen creamed spinach
- 15 ounces diced tomatoes, undrained
- 3 tablespoons grated asiago cheese
- 3 tablespoons grated mozzarella cheese
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, prepare spinach according to package directions.
- Drain pasta; place in bowl.
- Add spinach, tomatoes, cheeses and salt; toss.
