- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans campbells condensed tomato soup
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons dehydrated onion
- 1⁄2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄2 cup chopped carrot
- 1⁄2 cup peas
- 1⁄2 cup corn
- 1⁄2 cup chopped potato
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- salt
directions
- Heat the oil.
- Add all the seasonigs,onions, carrots, peas and potatoes.
- Add the soup and water.
- Boil on low heat till the vegetables are softened a little.

Love to cook. Cook lunch and dinner every day but really love it when we have guests for lunch or dinner. When I have guests, I allow myself to prepare a 3 or four course meal , not otherwise :).
