This is a really simple recipe that my husband introduced me to when we met and is now one of my favorites. -Think homemade "Spaghettio's." It's a super easy comfort food that has now replaced Chicken Noodle Soup when I'm sick.
- 1 cup dry pasta (any shape will do)
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Cook pasta per directions until al dente. Drain water and add tomato soup and 3/4 soup can (1 cup) of water to pasta. Stir in sugar and pepper and serve when hot.
