    Directions:

      Arrange pork chops (they don't have to be defrosted) in crock pot.

      Place onion slices on top of pork chops.

      Pour tomatoes over all.

      Add salt and pepper.

      Cover and cook on lowest setting in crock pot for 4-8 hours.

      To serve, spoon over hot rice.

      Sorry but this was just OK for us. I followed the recipe as written but we thought the pork didn't have much taste. I did cook it in the oven instead of the crockpot but that shouldn't have made any difference in the flavor. I even let it sit over night in the fridge and heated it up but it still was missing something.
