A different kind of scrapple.

  1. Mix tomatoes, onion, carrot, corn meal, sugar, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook slowly until thick--about 1 hour.
  3. Once this is completed, add peanuts and beat well.
  4. Pack into a well oiled pan.
  5. Refrigerate until cold.
  6. Slice and fry up in bacon drippings.
