Tomato Sauce

"I saw this on a tv show and it's super easy."

• Ingredients: 6
• Yields: 1 medium pot

ingredients

• 10 lbs tomatoes
• 1⁄4 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1 onion
• 6 garlic cloves
• salt
• pepper

directions

1. Skin and seed tomatoes. Cook garlic and onion. Then add tomatoes and boil for 2 minutes. Simmer until well blended and turns darker red.
