      Delicious!!!! The only thing I changed (for simplification) was to throw everything including the basil into the cuisinart to blend it all together. I then substituted olive oil for the vegetable oil as I think olive oil and basil are meant to be together. But the flavours are outstanding together. Try this tonight, you won't be disappointed!

      I searched for recipes using basil because I have a bumper crop. I loved this dressing so much I'd make it even if I had to buy the basil...it is very tasty. I served it with chicken and pasta with this sauce, which is delicious "Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto". I love summer foods!!

      We loved this! The dressing has a bit of heat and a richness of flavor that is just great. Will make this again and again. May make the dressing for other uses, as well. Thank you for posting this.

      Made this dressing on tomatoes and cucumbers and it was really good. So much better than the basic vinegar dressing I usually make.. will be enjoying this a lot this summer.

      This was absolutely delicious, even made with supermarket tomatoes that were only moderately flavorable. The dressing made up for it, but I can't wait to try it again with the wonderful tomatoes I get from the farmer's market.

      This was a very interesting dressing for us. I liked the combination and on the tomatoes was great. I can't wait for home grown to come into season. thanks

      Fantastic! This was my dinner tonight I had about a tomato and a half. I told my DD that we best not eat any more. Because I think it would taste great with some fresh mozzarella cheese on each tomato. So I'm going to try to find some tomorrow.       Oh my, this recipe is outstanding! I used a combination of yellow, orange and red tomatoes. The taste of the dressing is a perfect balance of tart and sweet. I love fresh basil and it adds a nice dimension to all the other wonderful flavors. I did not change one thing. This recipe is wonderful as it is posted. Thanks so much, de Roche!
