I created this when we grew tired of the green tomato relish that most fish houses have. We live on a lake and eat a lot of Brim, Bass and Crappie. This makes a good side dish for just about anything.


  1. chop tomatoes.
  2. chop onion.
  3. seed and chop pepper.
  4. mix together with vinegar and salt.
  5. add more pepper if desired.
  6. let stand in frig about 1 hour so flavors can blend.
  7. cook time is chill time.

I used green tomatoes and added tad of sugar. Jalapeno added good bang. Thanks.
