The best poha recipe ever! I don't like tomatoes in my poha so just left them out and had "regular" poha for my lunch today. I'll be using this recipe often. Thanks Charishma :)

Hi just an update on my review. I made it again and added mint leaves this time which gave it great flavor and also used whole fried groundnuts which gave it an extra crunch. Really very nice.

Charishma, this was absolutely out of this world! I took it to college for lunch today, and my friends loved it too! I scaled down to 1 serving and followed your all instructions and ingredient amounts. This has to be the best poha I've had yet! It's a fantastic recipe, and I'm going to make this often. This recipe makes very small servings, so double it to serve as a main dish.
