Oh sooo good!!! Added some fresh garlic to it and it was fantastic!!! Very good use for garden fresh tomatoes. Made for a good light meal. Will be making again.

mmm this is the ultimate crisp thin crust pizza !! Soo delicious and easy and looks wonderful too. I had to use old sharp cheddar instead of the mozzarella cheese but did use the Parmesan to top it. The dill and basil were the perfect accents. This is one of the best pizzas we have ever had and I will be making it again often. Loved the crust, thanks for posting.

Very tasty! I made sure to pat the tomatoes really dry before putting them on the cheese. I did not add dill, but when it was done I loaded it with fresh basil. At first, it didn't puff up and I was worried, but about half way through the baking it puffed up along the sides and turned golden brown. Nice as a summer appetizer!

Great change of pace. The phyllo makes a wonderful light crispy crust for all that cheese tomato goodness. Made as written using a two different types of tomatoes. Looking forward to trying with fresh herbs and also with hairloom tomatoes. This is going in the keeper file. Thanks so much for the post.
