  1. (Combine all ingredients, except oil, in a blender. Puree. Slowly add oil until combined.) Slice tomatoes into rounds.
  2. Lay down yellow tomato.
  3. Layer with Cheese.
  4. Lay down green tomato slice.
  5. Layer with Cheese.
  6. Lay down red tomato slice.
  7. Cover with vinaigrette.
  8. Sprinkle with bacon.
  9. Top with handful of sprouts.
