Tomato Mushroom Brushetta

"This is my interpretation of brushetta. My daughter's boyfriend is not a fan of mushrooms but he LOVES my Brushetta."

• Serves: 8

ingredients

• 5 roma tomatoes
• 3 large baby portabella mushrooms
• 2 tablespoons basil
• 3 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
• 3 tablespoons olive oil
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1 dash pepper
• 1 dash salt

directions

1. Dice Tomatoes, basil, garlic and mushrooms.
2. mix vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper
3. mix vegetable mix and dressing mix together.
4. Serve chilled on Italian bread, garlic bread.
