- 2 slices low-sodium whole wheat bread
- 2 1⁄2 ounces low-fat cheese or 2 1⁄2 ounces non fat cheese
- 4 slices tomatoes
- Top bread with cheese and tomato slices and broil until cheese begins to melt.
