This was a very tasty recipe. I added a healthy squeeze of fresh lime juice to bring out the lime flavor. I had some left over so I heated it up and added some cooked jumbo peeled and deveined shrimp. I served it hot over fetticini pasta. Delish!!!! NO left overs then.

This is a nice dip. I think I like it best with crackers. I like that it is a healthier dip alternative! Thanks for posting. :)

flavorful! I used grape tomatoes in this one, and loved the lime and Tabasco! Made for Football Pool 2012

Another hit from Mikekey! I honestly didn't think that the lime zest would add enough lime flavour but it really does. I used canned whole tomatoes that I diced and everything else as listed. I really like this dip and it tastes delicious with crackers - I had lentil crackers that were perfect for it! The grape tomatoes were really good with this too. Made for your week 3 win in the Football Pool. Thanks Mikekey! :)

What an amazing dip! I really do think the tabasco sauce and the lime juice makes this dip what it is! I used low fat sour cream because I couldn't find the sour cream substitute. It was still really good, and it does make for good leftovers!

First rate! Love the zip from the Tabasco! I used drained Rotel instead of just stewed tomatoes and fresh dill since I had some. With all the flavors happening, you would never guess that the sour cream is fat-free. Thanks for posting your recipe! I will enjoy it many times over.

I enjoyed this dip a lot yesterday when I served it to my guests at my mothers party. But it seemed you loved it or hated it. The ones that didnt like it said it was too spicy for them and that 12 drops of tabasco was too much. Personally I would to have like to have added more lol. I added some fresh diced tomatoes to the dip since I had some in the fridge. Over all a very good dip.
