This was so yummy, I could of just had this to drink! I added fresh ground pepper and some sea salt too. Went perfectly over fresh spinach leaves, sliced thin onion, and nice, tasty croutons. Glorious! Made for *Everyday is a Holiday* October 2009

Very yummy and healthy too ! .... i also added my personal italian herb mix (dried oregano, parsley and basil). You may also add ground flax seeds if you're into that. Enjoy!

Deliciously simple! I did add at least 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper and can see that you could certainly add spices to suit your taste. I like how it does NOT have any sugar. I wonder what the NF would be if you plugged in say 8 servings? I used the suggested oil amount but think it could be reduced and still taste great. Thanks MarraMamba for sharing. Fantastic flavor. We love trying new homemade dressings and this one nice. AsLorrie did, I used fresh ground pepper and some parmesan cheese on top. Made for newest tag.

Made for Everyday is a holiday tag. Super simple,fresh tasting and a great jumping off point to many different flavours.I added some oregano and garlic to a small amount of it for a second *taste* and it was so yummy.The first batch I just sprinkled some parmesan cheese and lots of freshly ground black pepper.

I blanched the tomato first to "skin" it and used a regular blender for mixing it.

Very quick and simple to put together. I used a regular blender, and it came out smooth with no straining. It is quite tart, but we really like that. Very nice on salad, and I'm going to serve it over some crumbed veal tonight. I'll let you know how that goes. Thanks MarraMamba!

Very nice recipe MarraMamba. Very simple easy and so quick to make. I used a hand blender to blend and it was so quick. I peeled and de-seeded the tomato but wont bother doing that next time as the blender will do it for me. Although I will cut down on the lemon a little next time, because the flavour of the lemon was a little too intense. DS especially loved it on his salad, as did the whole family. Will be making again thanks MarraMamba.
