  1. great-- I added some cream of mushroom, and a tiny bit of beef bullion. Cold autumn night and a great treat!

  2. This was really good. Not incredibly soupy, like many goulash recipes. I added some celery with the onion. Also some mushrooms. Also used the larger size can of stewed Italian tomatoes. Will definately make this often as it is economical and easy to put together.

  3. Added the extra Parm! Yea, I'm a cheese foodie.

  4. My husband was really happy with this quick and easy to make dish. I made as written but added some cubed cheddar as I ran out of parmesan. It worked well with this dish. The next day I heated it up by baking it in the oven with more cheese, it worked perfectly. Made for What's on the Menu? tag game.

  5. This is a pretty good recipe. At my house it's hard to please everyone but this recipe is so simple it can be adapted easily. I make it exactly at printed and then take half of the result and add some cheddar to half and some cream of mushroom to the other half. Serve with garlic bread and salad and surprisingly, everyone is pleased.
