Another one of Candy's mom's recipes... and another one that Tom will beg for :-)
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1 medium onion
- 16 ounces elbow macaroni
- 1 (16 ounce) can tomato sauce
- chili powder, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- Cook noodles, drain.
- Add tomato sauce.
- Cook hamburger and onion, drain.
- Mix into noodles.
- Add chili powder, salt and pepper to taste.
- Let simmer, but not too long, you don't want it mushy.
- We grate cheese on top of each bowl sometimes.
