- 1 medium tomatoes
- 1⁄8 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1⁄2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- Place on a greased broiler pan.
- Sprinkle with garlic salt.
