Wonderful! The goat cheese really makes this dish special. I used lots and lots of fresh basil and completely lined the bottom with the thin sliced roma's. I ran low of half and half, so had to use skim milk instead - used a total of 1 cup of liquid, which was perfect as I think much more would have went right out my pie crust.
