Fresh Italian summer salad. Goes good with meat dishes. Put up as requested by Chef #358191.
- 2 campari tomatoes (cut into chunks)
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro (optional)
- 1 slice fresh mozzarella cheese, 1/2 inch (cut into smaller pieces)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 fresh garlic clove (pressed through a garlic press)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried sweet basil leaves
- Put tomato chunks and mozzarella (and cilantro) in a bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil, garlic and basil.
