Great with beef or chicken, a very versatile marinade.
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon onion salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon basil
- garlic powder
- Mix all ingredients together in a zip top baggie.
- Add meat and leave in the fridge overnight.
- Basil is traditional in flavor.
- Substituting Oregano gives a more Italian taste.
