My mom loves tomato aspic, so I served this for Mother’s day. Neither I nor my DH has ever had it before and we really liked it. My mom was over the moon! Thanks for posting.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Combine bay leaves, Tabasco sauce, onion, salt and tomato juice.
  2. Simmer 10 minutes.
  3. Soften gelatin in cold water,.
  4. Dissolve in juice mixture.
  5. Add vinegar.
  6. Strain and Jell.
