These were moist and delicious meatballs although I changed a few things around. Subbed wabu beef and with it added 1 cup fine breadcrumbs, maple syrup and poured the milk in without soaking it with the bread. Chilled mixture then shaped into twenty meatballs. Covered a sheet pan with parchment paper, lightly drizzled meatballs with olive oil and baked at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. Heated up a pan of marinara sauce, cooked the pasta and enjoyed! Reviewed for Ramadan Tag.
